Michigan Park Development

The ground preparation for the building of new town houses to the rear of Saint Joseph’s Seminary has begun in earnest. Earth moving equipment is on site and much work is clearly underway.

The focus is solely to the rear of Saint Joseph’s Seminary. The ground to the front and
sides of the Seminary are expected to remain untouched by the development.

Many abatement features have been implemented as standard practice and in response to the concerns of neighbors.  These include prevention of runoff, protection of streetside trees and, importantly, monitoring of vibrations from the heavy machinery.
