*** Please Consider Signing Up to Testify at Public Hearing re Flooding in the District ***
On Monday Jan 10, 2022 at 10am DC Council will reconvene a joint public hearing (to include public witnesses) on Climate Resilience Planning in the District and B24-410, the Flood Resilience Amendment Act of 2021.
Public witnesses who wish to testify and share their experience of flooding in the District must sign up to testify by the deadline of this coming Friday morning January 7 2022 and must email Aukima Benjamin at ABenjamin@dccouncil.us and cc Sandra Karpinsky at SKarpinsky@dccouncil.us
Testimony can be provided virtually as well as via voicemail and written testimony (record officially closes at 5pm on Jan 24 2022).
