Update on Homicide Reported to be on South Dakota Avenue
ANC Commissioner Emily Lucio (5A03) asked the 4th District Commander to clarify where the homicide occurred. It was reported as being in the 4900 block of South Dakota Avenue (10th & South Dakota).
However, in reality the crash happened as the car was traveling west on Emerson Street and crashed into the “T” intersection wall at 10th Street. In searching for the exact location, I discovered that this location is directly across the street from the McDonald on South Dakota. The wall would be the wall beside the convenience store, again directly across the street from McDonald.
